摘　　要：目的:探讨葡萄糖转运蛋白-1(Glut-1)及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在结肠癌中的表达及与临床指标的关系。方法:选取2015年1月-2019年1月深圳市蛇口人民医院肿瘤科收治的42例结肠癌患者的手术切除标本,应用免疫组织化学染色法检验Glut-1、VEGF在结肠癌中的表达及与临床指标的关系。结果:VEGF表达与肿瘤大小和临床分期均无关(P>0.05),而与淋巴结转移、分化程度均有关(P<0.05)。Glut-1表达与肿瘤大小和分化程度均无关(P>0.05),与临床分期和淋巴结转移均有关(P<0.05)。结论:结肠癌患者的VEGF表达与淋巴结转移、分化程度明显相关,Glut-1表达与淋巴结转移、临床分期有关。Objective:To investigate the expression of Glut-1 and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in colon cancer and their relationship with clinical parameters.Method:42 cases of colon cancer were selected from January 2015 to January 2019 in Department of Oncology,Shenzhen Shekou People’s Hospital.The expression of Glut-1 and VEGF in colon cancer and their relationship with clinical indicators were examined by immunohistochemical staining.Result:VEGF expression was not correlated with tumor size and clinical stage(P>0.05),but correlated with the differentiation degree of lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).The expressions of glut-1 were not correlated with tumor size and differentiation degree(P>0.05),but with clinical staging and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression of vascular endothelial growth factor in patients with colon cancer is significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis and differentiation,and the expression of Glut-1 is correlated with lymph node metastasis and clinical stage.
