心理护理干预对中国口腔癌患者生存质量影响的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨心理护理干预对中国口腔癌患者生存质量的影响。方法:检索维普科技期刊数据库(VIP)、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方全文数据库中关于用生存质量量表测量心理护理干预口腔癌患者的生存质量的随机对照研究,用RevMan5.3软件对纳入研究的文献进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入8篇符合纳入标准的研究,共603例患者。Meta分析结果显示:干预组比对照组能显著提高口腔癌患者的生存质量,改善患者的焦虑抑郁情绪,提高患者的自理能力、健康行为水平,降低患者的精神病性状态,降低患者不良反应的发生。结论:心理护理干预可以显著提高口腔癌患者的生存质量。Objective: To explore the effect of psychological nursing intervention on quality of life in patients with oral cancer in China. Methods: VIP, CNKI and Wanfang databases were searched for randomized controlled trials about the effect of psychological nursing intervention on quality of life in oral cancer patients. All data were analyzed using RevMan 5.3 software. Results: A total of 8 studies with 603 patients were included in this meta-analysis. The results of the meta-analysis showed that the quality of life in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group.The psychological nursing intervention could improve the anxiety and depression emotion, improve the self-care ability and healthy behavior level, reduce the psychiatric symptoms, and decrease the adverse reactions of patients. Conclusion: The present study shows that psychological nursing intervention can significantly improve the quality of life of patients with oral cancer.
