摘　　要：笔者临床上发现大杼穴对颈椎病、腰背痛、膝关节痛、呼吸系统等疾病疗效肯定。本文通过总结笔者巧用大杼治疗项痹、膝痹、腰痹和咳嗽的临床经验,以期为广大临床工作者提供新方法和新思路。The author has found that the Dazhu points(大杼穴) have a positive effect on cervical spondylosis, low back pain, knee pain, respiratory system and other diseases. This article summarizes the clinical experience of the author using the Dazhu points to treat Xiangbi(项痹), Xibi(膝痹), Yaobi(腰痹) and cough, in order to provide new methods and new ideas for the majority of clinicians.
