摘  要:“双创型”人才培养校企协同育人模式对应用型本科院校、企业和学生都具有非常重要的意义。受制于不同运营机制,企业很难深层次地参与协同育人,应用型本科院校因自身原因也很难将“双创型”的校企协同育人模式落到实处。应用型本科院校应与企业就人才培养目标、人才培养方案和课程体系的设置、教学团队科学研究等方面落实协同育人机制。The "double-creative" talent training mode of school-enterprise collaborative education is of great significance to applied undergraduate colleges,enterprises and students.Limited by different operating mechanisms,it is very difficult to deeply participate in collaborative education.It is difficult for applied undergraduate colleges to implement the "double-creative" school-enterprise collaborative education model for their own reasons. Application-oriented undergraduate colleges should implement the cooperative education mechanism with enterprises in terms of talents training objectives,personnel training programs and curriculum system settings,teaching team building, scientific research,etc.
