摘　　要：目前,广西新生代农民工人数众多、分布广泛,已经成为广西城市化进程中重要的组成部分,在广西的经济发展中发挥着越来越重要的作用。通过分析广西新生代农民工就业存在的实际问题,对产生这些问题的原因进行了探究,提出了在“互联网+”形势下解决广西新生代农民工就业问题的对策和具体措施。At present,the number of the new generation of migrant workers in Guangxi is numerous and widely distributed,which has become an important part of the urbanization process in Guangxi,and plays an increasingly important role in the economic development of Guangxi.By analyzing the practical problems existing in the employment of the new generation of migrant workers in Guangxi,this paper probes into the causes of these problems, and puts forward the countermeasures and concrete measures to solve the employment problems of the new generation of migrant workers in Guangxi under the situation of "Internet+".
