摘 要:随着部队对模拟训练系统质量需求上的升级,传统的只能进行简单动作训练的模拟训练装备因未加入路面、天气、时间等因素影响,已不能满足驾驶员对外界的真实感知的需求。所研究的半实物仿真档位机构是模拟驾驶舱的重要组成装备之一。该换挡机构提供与实装几乎一致的操作体验,达到对模拟战术武器装备实训的目的,为实现模拟训练系统信息化、网络化、环境演练感知化奠定坚实的基础。Along with the needs of quality upgrading of simulation training system by troops,the traditional simulation training system,cannot satisfy the driver's real perception of the outside world and virtual simulation,because it can only supply simple motion training and didn't consider the influencing factors such as road condition,weather and time,etc.A hardware in-the-loop simulation gear mechanism is introduced in this paper.As one of the important components in simulation driver's cabin,it provides the same operation procedure with that of actual equipment to reach the goal of simulating tactical weapon equipment training.It establishes a solid basis for realitzing simulation training system informatization,network,and drilling environment perception.
