摘  要:随着互联网+时代的到来,企业人力资源管理工作实现了基于大数据与云计算的数据统计技术广泛应用,并通过人力资源管理信息库构建,促使管理部门得以充分了解企业内部人力资源分布状况,还可以进一步有效评估人才招聘工作如何开展,从而实现企业人力资源整体结构的优化升级,推动企业长远健康发展。在企业发展过程中,通过数据技术的有效分析,可以共享并整合各组织单位的人才资源,以此节约人力资源。据此,本文以国防职教集团化工企业为载体对基于互联网+的企业人力资源管理策略进行了详细分析。With the advent of the Internet+era,enterprise human resource management has realized the extensive application of data statistics technology based on big data and cloud computing,and through the construction of human resource management information base,the management department can fully understand the distribution of human resources within the enterprise. In the situation,it is also possible to further effectively evaluate how the talent recruitment work is carried out,so as to achieve the optimization and upgrading of the overall structure of human resources,and promote the long-term healthy development of enterprises. In the process of enterprise development,the effective analysis of data technology can share and integrate the human resources of various organizations,so as to save human resources. Accordingly,this paper takes the chemical industry enterprise of national defense vocational education group as the carrier to analyze the strategy of human resource management based on Internet + in detail.
