摘　　要：G牌香烟混合丝水分西格玛水平较低,影响卷烟感官和舒适度。通过流程分析找准取样点,进行水分跟踪分析,结合流程图、关联图分析,开展过程FMEA分析,将潜在失效起因RPN值进行Pareto图分析,确定5个关键潜在失效起因。通过回归分析、DOE试验等方法,消除关键潜在失效起因,提高G牌香烟混合丝水分西格玛水平。The mixed silk moisture of G brand cigarette has a low level of sigma, which affects the sensory and comfort of cigarettes.Through process analysis, the sampling points were identified, the water tracking analysis was carried out, and the flow chart and correlation diagram analysis were combined to carry out the process FMEA analysis. The potential failure cause RPN values were analyzed by Pareto diagram to determine the five key potential failure causes. Through regression analysis, DOE test and other methods, the key potential failure causes were eliminated and the moisture sigma level of G brand cigarettes was improved.
