摘 要:城市轨道交通检测车的研制很好地适应了我国城市轨道交通快速发展对轨道线路基础设施状态检测的需求。文章详细介绍了为城轨检测车最新研发的具有自主知识产权的轮轨力检测系统。阐述了轮轨力检测系统的核心技术,介绍了该检测系统的构成、基本原理、评价方法等几个基本要素;论述了轮轨力检测系统在城市轨道交通线路检查中的作用,分析了轮轨相互作用对于列车安全平稳运行和线路疲劳损伤的影响。采用轮轨力检测系统对城轨线路质量进行状态检查是具有创新意义的新技术应用,具有独特的技术优势,更适用于轨道线路短波不平顺的检测和识别,有利于保障城轨交通运输安全性,提高运营经济性。The development of urban rail transit inspection train is well adapted to the rapid development of urban rail transit in China. This paper introduces in detail the wheelrail force inspection system with independent intellectual property rights, which is newly developed for urban rail inspection trains. It expounds the core technology of wheelrail force inspection system, introduces several basic elements of the inspection system, including its configuration, basic principle and evaluation and assessment method, expounds the role of wheel-rail force measurement system in the inspection of urban rail lines, and analyses the interaction of wheel-rail interface in terms of the safe and smooth operation of trains and the fatigue defects of railway tracks. Wheelrail force inspection system is an innovative application of new technology, which has unique technical advantages. It is more suitable for the inspection and identification of short-wave irregularities on rail and track. It is conducive to ensuring the safety of urban rail operation and improving the operational cost effectiveness.
