摘  要:水田在大型农机具的碾压下造成泥脚深浅不一,田面变得高低不平,严重破坏了水田生态环境。由于田地的不平整,带来作业时拖拉机和耙浆机的倾斜,形成耕深不一致,无法保证后期插秧作业质量。针对以上情况,将耙浆埋茬机与激光平地机集成,同时借助现代测控技术,设计开发了具有自平衡性能的耙浆平地机。作业中,耙浆机可自动调整左右水平方向角度和平地铲垂直姿态,显著提高了全幅宽耙浆作业深度一致性和田面平整度。一次下田完成耙浆、埋茬、平地作业,大大提高作业效率。Under the rolling of large agricultural machinery, the mud depth of paddy field is inconsistent. Meanwhile the height of field surface becomes unequal, and the ecological environment in the paddy field is damaged seriously. In this kind of paddy field, the sloping tractors and tillage machine plough the soil with different depth. So the quality of succeeding rice transplanting cannot be guaranteed. Considering the above problems, the self-balancing tillage machine is developed based on the integration of traditional tillage machine and laser leveler in paddy field with the modern measurement and control technology. The horizontal angles of tillage machine and the attitudes of spade can be adjusted automatically during the process of raking and leveling soil. Therefore the depth-consistence and planeness of paddy field is improved significantly. The efficient self-balancing tillage machine has the functions of raking, stubble burying and soil leveling.
