摘 要:多阶段模糊自适应PID控制策略应用在混合动力用铅酸蓄电池充电过程中时,经常出现蓄电池短路故障判断失误和富液蓄电池充电效果不理想等问题。在优化充电控制参数、工艺步骤和诊断策略后,实验验证效果较好。该方法具有适用面广、控制算法先进、诊断报警方法准确、容量恢复率高、充电电压控制精度高、充电时间适中的特点。When the multi-stage fuzzy adaptive PID control strategy is applied to the charging process for 12 V lead-acid battery of hybrid electric vehicles, there are problems such as the diagnosis misjudgment of common short-circuit fault and unsatisfactory charging effect of flooded battery. After optimizing the charging control parameters, process steps and diagnosis strategies, the experimental results are satisfactory. The method has the characteristics of wide application, advanced control algorithm, accurate diagnosis and alarm method, high capacity recovery rate, high precision charging voltage control, moderate charging time.
