摘 要:目的了解护士心理一致感、应对方式与主观幸福感的现状,并探讨三者之间的关系。方法 2017年8月至10月,采用横断面调查法对安徽省某3家医院的887例护士进行问卷调查。调查采用一般资料调查表、心理一致感量表、简易应对方式量表和总体幸福感量表。结果共计发放问卷920份,收回有效问卷887份,有效回收率为96.4%。护士主观幸福感得分为73.93±11.98;相关分析结果显示,护士主观幸福感与积极应对、心理一致感均呈正相关(r=0.360,0.652,均P <0.01),与消极应对方式呈负相关(r=-0.223,P <0.01);中介效应分析结果显示,积极应对在护士心理一致感与主观幸福感之间起部分中介作用。结论护理管理者可以加强护士心理状态的评估与干预,提高护士心理一致感,改善积极应对方式,从而提高护士主观幸福感,稳定护理队伍,提高护理质量,促进患者健康。Objective To understand the current status and to explore the relationship between nurses’ sense of coherence,coping style,and subjective well-being. Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted between August and October 2017 in three municipal hospitals. A total of 887 nurses were administered the general data questionnaire,the SOC-13,the simple coping style scale,and the general well-being schedule. Results A total of 920 questionnaires were issued and 887 valid questionnaires were recovered. The effective response rate was 96.4%. The average subjective well-being score of nurses was 73.93±11.98. The subjective well-being of nurses was positively correlated with sense of coherence and positive coping style(r = 0.360,0.652,P < 0.01),and negatively correlated with negative coping styles(r =-0.223,P < 0.01). The path analysis showed that the coping mode mediated the relationship between nurses’ sense of coherence and subjective well-being. Conclusion Nursing managers can strengthen nurses’ psychological status assessment and intervention,improve the nurses’ sense of coherence and positive coping styles,thus improving the subjective well-being of nurses,stabilizing the nursing team,improving the quality of nursing,and promoting the health of patients.
