摘　　要：目的对舌侧集中[牙合]和解剖式[牙合]全口义齿修复后的功能性进行评价。方法为10例牙槽嵴中重度吸收的无牙颌患者制作可置换舌侧集中[牙合]型和解剖式[牙合]型牙列的全口义齿,随机佩戴每副牙列义齿3个月后评价咀嚼效率、咬合力、肌电图、下颌运动轨迹及患者满意度。结果 2种[牙合]型的咀嚼效率差异无统计学意义;舌侧集中[牙合]的最大咬合力、肌电幅值小于解剖式[牙合],下颌运动的垂直位移和水平位移大于解剖式[牙合],差异有统计学意义;2种[牙合]型在咀嚼面包时的满意度差异无统计学意义,但舌侧集中[牙合]的咀嚼生胡萝卜满意度以及总体满意度均较高,差异有统计学意义。结论对牙槽嵴中重度吸收的无牙颌患者,舌侧集中[牙合]全口义齿能较好地恢复其口颌系统功能。Objective To evaluate the masticatory function with lingualized occlusal(LO) and anatomic bilateral balanced occlusal(ABBO) schemes of complete dentures. Methods LO and ABBO complete dentures were randomly fabricated for 10 edentulous patients with severe residual ridge resorption. The dentures were assessed for masticatory efficiency,maximum bite force,electromyogram,and mandibular track after 3 months,and patients’ satisfaction was assessed using the visual analog scale(VAS). Results The masticatory efficiencies of LO and ABBO complete dentures showed no statistically significant difference. The occlusal force of LO was less than that of ABBO. Regarding border and functional movements,the electromyogram amplitude of LO was lower than that of ABBO. With respect to functional movements,mandibular vertical and horizontal displacements of LO were greater than those of ABBO. However,the differences were not statistically significant. There was a statistically significant difference in total satisfaction between LO and ABBO,especially in the ability to chew carrots. Conclusion For edentulous patients with severe residual ridge resorption,LO complete dentures can restore jaw functions better than ABBO.
