摘  要:在扭杆消隙装置中,扭杆弹簧的刚度对消隙装置的消隙效果至关重要。为使扭杆弹簧的刚度可调从而确定最佳刚度,结合油气弹簧的工作原理,设计了一种刚度可调的油气扭杆弹簧。以其为研究对象,根据物理方程建立数学模型,利用Simulink软件对其进行刚度特性仿真分析,得到了刚度与其扭转轴转角的变化关系。同时,通过改变气室初始气压、稀有气体体积、气室内径的数值,求得各参数对其刚度特性的影响。上述结论为该油气扭杆弹簧刚度的调整提供理论依据,具有非常大的实用价值与研究意义。In torsion bar anti-backlash device,the stiffness of torsion bar spring is critical to the effect of the anti-backlash device. A hydro-pneumatic torsion bar spring with adjustable stiffness was designed based on working principle of hydro-pneumatic spring to make stiffness of torsion bar spring adjustable to determine the best stiffness. In this paper,the hydropneumatic torsion bar spring is used as the research object,the mathematical model is established according to the physical equation. The simulation of the stiffness characteristics is carried out by Simulink software,and the relationship between the stiffness and the rotation angle of the torsion axis is obtained. At the same time,the influence of each parameter on the stiffness characteristics is acquired by changing the initial pressure of air chamber,the volume of rare gas and the inner diameter of air chamber. The above conclusions provide a theoretical basis for the adjustment of the stiffness of the hydropneumatic torsion bar spring,which has very great practical value and significance.
