摘  要:目的观察柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤联合奥卡西平治疗颞叶癫痫的效果及安全性。方法将在我院接受治疗的56例颞叶癫痫患者按照随机数字表法分为试验组(n=28)和对照组(n=28),对照组予奥卡西平治疗,试验组予胡加龙骨牡蛎汤联合奥卡西平治疗。比较2组的治疗总有效率及不良反应。结果试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),2组不良反应发生率差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤联合奥卡西平有利于提高颞叶癫痫的治疗效果,且安全性良好。Objective To observe the effect and safety of Chaihu plus keel oyster soup combined with oxcarbazepine in the treatment of temporal lobe epilepsy.Methods 56 patients with temporal lobe epilepsy who were treated in our hospital were divided into experimental group(n=28)and control group(n=28)according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with oxcarbazepine,and the experimental group was treated with Hujialong bone oyster soup combined with oxcarbazepine. The treatment efficiency and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Chaihu plus keel oyster soup combined with oxcarbazepine is beneficial to improve the treatment effect of temporal lobe epilepsy and has high safety.
