摘　　要：目的探讨外伤至手术间隔时间对开放性眼外伤手术结果的影响。方法回顾性分析本院2014年1月至2018年1月收治的102例开放性眼外伤的临床资料。根据手术迟早分成两组:A组52例(79只眼),外伤与手术间隔时间为2~4天,B组50例(74只眼),间隔时间为5~14天。两组均行玻璃体切除手术,比较两组手术的效果。结果A组总治愈率为93.67%,高于B组的82.43%(P=0.031)。两组术后1周的血清白介素IL-4、IL-6、IL-12、IL-17、IFN-γ水平均低于术前,且A组低于B组(P<0.05)。A组视网膜牵引及牵引性增生性玻璃体视网膜病变的发生率(2.53%、1.27%)均低于B组(12.16%、10.81%)(P=0.021,0.030)。两组术后眼压情况差异无统计学意义(P=0.490)。结论开放性眼外伤后较早进行手术治疗,效果较好。Objective To investigate the effect of operative interval on efficacy of patients with open ocular trauma. Methods The clinical data of 102 patients with open ocular trauma from Jan. 2014 to Jan. 2018 were analyzed retrospectively.According to the timing of operation, all patients were divided into two groups, group A of 79 eyes in 52 cases and group B of 74 eyes in 50 cases.The operative interval between onset and operation in group A was 2-4 days, and in group B was 5-14 days.Vitrectomy was performed in both groups, and the efficacy were compared. Results The total cure rate in group A was 93.67%, which was higher than that in group B (82.43%)(P=0.031). The levels of serum IL-4, IL-6, IL-12, IL-17 and IFN-gamma in the two groups at 1 week after operation were lower than those before operation, and those in group A were lower than those in group B(P<0.05). The rates of retinal traction and PVR in group A were 2.53% and 1.27%, respectively, which were lower than those in group B (P=0.021, 0.030). The difference of IOP were not statistically significant between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion For the patients with open ocular trauma the sooner the operation is performed, the better the efficacy is.
