高管政治背景对企业创新绩效的影响——基于民族地区企业数据的研究

摘　　要：本文依据高阶理论分析路径,运用民族地区企业数据,实证检验了高管政治背景对企业创新绩效的影响及其作用机制。采用我国5个少数民族自治区以及除自治区以外的25个少数民族自治州的A股上市公司2012-2014年数据进行分析后发现,企业的政治关联通过研发投入这个中介变量对创新绩效产生负向影响。其作用机制在于:企业发展依赖于较强的政治背景,而导致了较低的研发投入规模,较低的研发投入规模正是阻碍创新绩效提升的直接因素。研究结论对于少数民族地区企业的发展具有重要现实意义。Based on the high-order theory and the enterprise data of ethnic regions, this paper empirically tests the influence of executive political background on corporate innovation performance and its mechanism. An analysis of the 2012-2014 data of five Autonomous Regions of China and the A-share listed companies of 25 minority autonomous prefectures except the autonomous region found that the political correlation of enterprises has a negative impact on innovation performance through R&D investment. Its mechanism of action is: Enterprise development relies on a strong political background, which leads to a lower scale of R&D investment. The lower scale of R&D investment is the direct factor that hinders the improvement of innovation performance. The conclusion of the study has important practical significance for the development of enterprises in minority areas.
