煤炭矿区居民生态文明建设支付意愿调查

摘　　要：党的十八大将生态文明纳入“五位一体”的总布局,建设美丽中国,解决生态环境领域突出问题,倡导经济与环境协调发展。党的十九大集聚推进生态文明建设,坚持节约优先、保护优先、自然恢复为主的方针,增强环境保护意识,促进生态文明建设。本文基于煤炭矿区生态文明建设,通过调查准格尔煤炭矿区居民对生态文明建设支付意愿的状况,研究影响居民支付意愿的各种因素。本文运用问卷调查和个案访谈的方法,总结出居民的总体支付意愿。调查结果表明:支付意愿与受教育程度、家庭年收入、家庭人口数、职业、年龄及性别等因素有关,而且还与对环境保护政策的了解程度、对生态环境状况的满意程度有关。综合各方面的因素得出:矿区居民对生态文明建设改善环境愿意支出的金额在370-590元之间。The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has incorporated ecological civilization into the "five - point strategy".Further, the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China continues to focus on the construction of ecological civilization, it is pointed out that environmental protection consciousness should be strengthened to promote the construction of ecological civilization. This paper is based on the construction of ecological civilization in coal mining areas, by investigating the residents' willingness to pay for ecological civilization construction in Zhungeer coal mine, to study the factors that affect residents' willingness to pay. The author summarizes the residents' general willingness to pay by means of questionnaires and case interviews. The results show that the willingness to pay is related to factors such as education level, total annual family income, family size , occupation, age and gender, it is also related to the level of understanding of environmental protection policies and the degree of satisfaction with the state of the ecological environment. At last, it is concluded that the amount of residents in the mining area who are willing to pay for the improvement of the ecological civilization construction is between 370-590 yuan.
