摘　　要：本文选择2007-2017年边疆民族地区103家上市公司为样本,分析检验了当地环境规制对公司技术创新行为和经营绩效的影响以及技术创新的调节作用。研究结论对于促进环境规制政策在我国边疆民族地区发挥积极有效的地区作用,实现祖国的青山绿水战略目标具有重要意义。This paper selects 103 listed companies of ethnic-minority regions of the borderland from 2007 to 2017 as samples. Then it analyzes and tests the impact of local environmental regulations on the company’s technological innovation behaviors and operating performance as well as the effect of technological innovation. The research conclusion is of great significance for environmental regulations and policies to play an effective role in China’s ethnic-minority regions of the borderland, and to realize the strategic goal of preserving green mountains and clear waters nationwide.
