摘　　要：改革开放40年来,我国体育产业与旅游产业发展迅速,两产业融合发展取得了有目共睹的成就,但就体育与旅游产业融合度一问题却难以量化。两产业或多产业进行发展过程中发生产业交叉、重组的融合经济现象,产业融合度测评是一个复杂的综合评价问题,正确认识两产业融合度及产业融合水平,是再融合再发展的大前提,但目前国内缺少关于体育与旅游产业融合度测评指标体系构建的研究。因此,本研究立足于诸多客观因素,运用专家访谈法和层次分析法,构建体育与旅游产业融合度测评指标体系,并确定指标权重及指标体系的单排列一致性检验和总排列一致性检验层,运用模糊综合评价法通过构造模糊矩阵将专家在评价过程中的主观判断进行量化,从而构建一套全面、科学、可操作的体育与旅游产业融合度测评指标体系。In the past 40 years of reform and opening up, China’s sports industry and tourism industry have developed rapidly, and the integration and development of the two industries have achieved remarkable results. However, it is difficult to quantify the problem of the integration of sports and tourism industry. In the process of development of two industries or multiple industries, the phenomenon of industrial crossover and reorganization of economic integration occurs. The evaluation of industrial integration is a complex comprehensive evaluation problem. Correct understanding of the integration degree of the two industries and the level of industrial integration is the premise of re-integration and re-development. However, at present, there is a lack of research on the construction of the evaluation index system for the integration of sports and tourism industry. Therefore, based on many objective factors, this study uses the expert interview method and the analytic hierarchy process to construct a sports and tourism industry integration evaluation index system, and determine the index weight and index system single-array consistency test and the total alignment consistency test layer. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to quantify the subjective judgment of experts in the evaluation process by constructing fuzzy matrix, so as to construct a comprehensive, scientific and operable evaluation index system of sports and tourism industry integration.
