摘 要:目的探讨在诊断原发性肝癌患者的过程中应用超声联合增强CT的临床效果。方法收集2016年4月~2017年4月原发性肝癌患者84例,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组42例,研究组采用超声联合增强CT的方法进行诊断,对照组采用超声方法进行诊断,比较两组患者的诊断正确率,并给予确诊的患者手术治疗。结果对84例原发性肝癌患者进行诊断,两组诊断结果与手术病理结果进行比较,研究组诊断准确率为95.24%,对照组诊断准确率为80.95%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对74例CT和超声方法诊断准确的患者病灶类型进行诊断,两组病灶类型诊断单发病灶和多发病灶进行比较,两组对病灶类型的诊断比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对84例手术病理诊断原发性肝癌患者的病灶类型准确率进行诊断,经过手术病理结果,对照组多发病灶12例,单发病灶30例,研究组单发病灶26例,多发病灶16例,两组诊断多发病灶的准确率比较,研究组的准确率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声联合增强CT的方法的方法效果显著,可以在临床治疗原发性肝癌中广泛应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of ultrasound combined with enhanced CT in the diagnosis of patients with primary liver cancer. Methods 84 patients with primary liver cancer treated in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were randomly divided into the control group and the study group, with 42 cases in each group. The study group was diagnosed by ultrasound combined with enhanced CT. The control group was diagnosed by ultrasound. The accuracy of diagnosis was compared between the two groups, and surgical treatment was given to the confirmed patients.Results 84 patients with primary liver cancer were diagnosed. The diagnostic results of the two groups were compared with the surgical pathological results. The diagnostic accuracy of the study group was 95.24%, and that of the control group was 80.95%, and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05);The results of CT and ultrasonography were accurate in 74 patients. The type of lesions(single and multi-focal cancer) were analyzed and found that the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). For all 84 patients with primary liver cancer, the types of lesions were analyzed by surgical pathology. In the control group, 12 patients had multiple lesions, and 30 patients had single lesion. In the study group, 26 patients had multiple lesions and 16 patients had single lesion. The accuracy of the two groups in the diagnosis of multiple lesions was compared. The accuracy of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Ul trasound combined with enhanced CT is effective and can be widely used in clinical diagnosis of primary liver cancer.
