摘　　要：多种儿科疾病及并发症会引起血凝系统异常改变,导致疾病预后不良甚至死亡.临床对于儿童疾病血凝系统实验室指标的监测成为一种常规手段,血凝系统的监测指标对儿科疾病的诊断作用逐渐得到临床重视.本文主要对D-二聚体在儿科疾病的应用研究进行综述.A variety of pediatric diseases and complications can cause abnormal changes in the coagulation system, leading to poor prognosis and even death. Clinical monitoring of laboratory indicators of childhood disease coagulation system has become a routine means, indicating that the role of the coagulation system in pediatric diseases is also increasing and receiving clinical attention. This article reviews the application of D-dimer in pediatric diseases.
