摘 要:感温变色涂料作为一种具有独特颜色变化功能的涂料被应用于诸多领域,在人们日益增长的生活需求下,具有感温变色功能的地板问世。选择有机变色粉,以木器水性底漆为漆基,以杉木板为基材,制成不同变色粉含量的感温可逆变色水性涂料,探究杉木表面水性底漆漆膜综合性能最佳的变色粉含量。实验结果表明,变色粉含量为5%~10%时漆膜变色性能最佳;随着变色粉含量的增加,漆膜光泽度降低,变色粉含量为5%时漆膜光泽度最高;变色粉含量为0~20%的漆膜附着力等级为0级,变色粉含量25%~30%的漆膜附着力等级为1级;随着变色粉含量的增加,漆膜抗冲击力增强,但变色粉含量0~30%的漆膜抗冲击力相差不大;扫描电镜下观察,变色粉含量越高,颗粒越多,团聚越多,变色粉含量为5%时颗粒分布均匀无团聚,漆膜微观结构最佳;红外光谱测试中,变色粉含量从0~30%的漆膜成分无差别。研究结果表明,变色粉含量为5%时杉木表面水性底漆漆膜综合性能最佳。As a kind of paint with unique color-changing function,the thermochromic coating has been applied in many fields. However,there are few reports about color-changing floor in China. The temperaturesensitive reversible colorchanging waterborne paint with different content of color-changing powder was prepared by choosing waterborne primer as coating and Chinese fir board as substrate. The experimental results showed that the color change performance of the paint film was best when the content of the color change powder was 5%-10%;the gloss of the paint film was reduced with the increase of the content of the color change powder,and the gloss of the paint film was the highest when the content of the color change powder was 5%.The adhesion degree of the paint film with a content of 0-20% was 0,the adhesion level of the paint with a discoloration powder content of 25%-30% was grade 1;as the content of the color change powder increases,the impact resistance of the paint film was enhanced,but the impact resistance of the paint film with 0-30% color change powder was not much different. Under SEM,the higher the content,the more the particles,and the more the agglomeration. When the content was 5%,the particles were evenly distributed without agglomeration,and the paint film had the best microstructure. In the IR test,the content from 0-30% paint film composition was not different. Based on the above results,the best overall property was obtained when the content was 5%.
