床垫芯层弹性分布对仰卧脊柱形态的影响

摘　　要：本研究以分区弹簧床垫为试验研究对象,从人体体型的角度考虑,通过测量不同体型人群的卧姿脊柱形态,以探究床垫芯层弹性分布对仰卧脊柱形态的影响。研究结果显示:分区弹簧床垫弹簧芯层对卧姿脊柱形态影响很大,卧姿脊柱形态与人体体型特征也有密切关系。分区弹簧床垫弹性分部对肩背部、腰部、臀部的卧姿脊柱形态影响较为明显,分别改变肩背部、腰部、臀部的弹簧软硬度,相应的卧姿脊柱形态呈现一定的变化规律。Taking the zoned spring mattress as the research object and considering the human body shape,the influence of the elastic distribution of the mattress core layer on the supine spine shape was explored by measuring the supine spine shape of different body types. The results show that the shape of the supine spine is greatly influenced by the zoned spring mattress,and the shape of the supine spine is closely related to the body shape. The elastic part of the zoned spring mattress has obvious influence on the shape of the supine spine of shoulder and back,waist and buttock. The corresponding shape of the supine spine shows a certain change rule by modifying the softness and hardness of the springs at the positions of shoulder and back,waist and buttock respectively.
