知识动员视角下的高校智库建设研究

摘　　要：高校智库是典型的知识密集型组织,知识视角是智库研究的一种基础性视角。知识动员理论注重权衡知识主体及知识客体所处情景及互动,寻求知识到决策的飞跃,为高校智库建设提供了更为全面、合理的研究视角和分析框架。基于现状分析,高校智库建设要创新知识生产机制,组建智库研究团队,让第一资源激发第一动力;强化知识中介功能,培育和建设专业化的知识中介,提升知识动员的效率;建立知识接收与反馈系统,激发决策者成为更加自觉、主动的知识使用者。University think tank is a typical knowledge intensive organization, and the knowledge point of view is a basic perspective for the study of think tanks. Knowledge mobilization theory focuses on balancing the situation and interaction between knowledge subjects and knowledge objects, seeking the leap from knowledge acquiring to decision making, and providing a more comprehensive and reasonable research perspective and analytical framework for the construction of university think tanks. Based on the analysis of the present situation of think tank construction, we shall innovate the mechanism of knowledge renewal, while building think-tank research teams in order to give full play to the most prominent power of innovation;strengthen the knowledge intermediary function of professional think tanks to improve the efficiency of knowledge mobilization;establish knowledge reception and feedback system to stimulate policymakers to become more conscious and active user of knowledge.
