摘  要:新技术环境下,各行各业对传统产业进行结构优化与创新升级,呈现出全方位的融合。创新、多元、融合成为现代技术环境下职业人才的特质。高等职业教育应实施"跨界教育",培养跨界融合型创新人才,改变传统高职人才培养课程体系,构建可持续发展的、柔性的、动态开放的"分层多元、跨界融通"的课程体系。围绕创新课程体系的构建,高职教育需要从教学组织管理、教师团队建设、校企产教融合、课程资源建设等方面开展实践创新。Facing continuous emerging new technologies, all professions are making structural transformation and innovation. Correspondingly, it is urgent to nurture innovative, diversified and integrative professional talents in modern technological context. To cope with the challenge in future work, vocational education must implement the cross-boundary education model, to reconstruct and innovate curricula system, with a focus on the sustainable development of people, a flexible, dynamic and open multi-level integrative system. To achieve this objective, it is necessary to conduct practice innovation on the aspects of teaching organization management, team building of teachers, enterprise-college integration and curriculum resources development.
