针药合用治疗原发性开角型青光眼临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察针药合用治疗原发性开角型青光眼(POAG)的效果。方法:选取我院62例POAG患者,按门诊就诊顺序单双号法分为对照组与治疗组各31例。对照组予常规西药治疗,治疗组在常规西药治疗的同时采取针刺治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果:治疗组治疗后视力及视神经的神经纤维层厚度(RNFL)高于对照组,眼压及中医证候评分低于对照组,有显著性差异(P﹤0.05)。治疗后两组视野平均光敏度值均高于治疗前,缺损值低于治疗前,有显著性差异(P﹤0.05),但两组组间比较无显著差异(P﹥0.05)。结论:针药结合治疗对POAG患者的视野有改善作用,且对视力、眼压、RNFL及中医证候评分的改善程度均优于常规西药治疗。Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture combined with western medicine on primary openangle glaucoma(POAG).Methods:62 cases of selected patients with POAG treated in our hospital were divided into control group(n=31)and treatment group(n=31)according to the odd-even number method of outpatient order.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the treatment group was treated with acupuncture besides conventional western medicine.The therapeutic effects of patients in two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,visual acuity and retinal nerve fiber layer thickness(RNFL)of treatment group were higher than those of control group,and intraocular pressure and TCM syndrome score were lower than those of control group,with significant differences(P﹤0.05).After treatment,the mean light sensitivity value of visual field in both groups was higher than that before treatment,and the defect value was lower than that before treatment,which showed a significant difference(P﹤0.05);but there was no significant difference between two groups(P﹥0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with western medicine can improve the visual field of POAG patients,and is better than conventional western medicine in the improvement degree of visual acuity,intraocular pressure,RNFL and TCM syndrome score.
