摘　　要：西北干旱区干旱和山洪灾害易发多发。甘肃省白银市是典型的西北干旱地区,水旱灾害是当地主要灾害之一。对近5年来白银市水旱灾害情况的统计分析表明,水旱灾害呈不同的变化趋势,旱灾有所减缓而洪灾有所增加。对此问题成因进行了分析,提出了相应的对策建议。The dry areas in the Northwest China are vulnerable to drought and mountain flood disasters.Baiyin City in Gansu Province is a typical area of this type and frequently suffers from flood and drought disasters.According to the statistics of flood and drought in the last five years,a change of tendency can be found that drought has become less but flood has increased.The cause of the problem was analyzed and recommendations are proposed accordingly.
