摘　　要：针对我国绿色供应链发展面临的理念不深入,相关理论、技术和标准体系不健全,核心企业对链上企业的影响力和约束力不均衡,相关信息披露不充分等主要问题,提出四方面对策建议:一推动相关立法,持续加强政策激励和引导;二加强绿色供应链理论、技术和标准体系研究;三重点行业及核心企业先行先试;四搭建绿色供应链基础信息公开平台和资源数据库。This paper explains in detail the main problems facing the development of green supply chain in China,including the lack of in-depth concept of green supply chain,the imperfection of relevant theory,technology and standard system,the unbalanced influence of core enterprises of green supply chain on enterprises in the chain,and the insufficient disclosure of relevant information of green supply chain.To solve these problems,this paper puts forward four countermeasures and suggestions:the first one is to promote relevant legislation and continue to strengthen policy incentives and guidance;the second one is to strengthen the research of green supply chain theory,technology and standard system;the third one is to carry and try from the key industries and core enterprises;the fourth one is to build green supply chain basic information disclosure platform and resources database.
