摘  要:对大学生进行“职业规划与就业创业指导”是辅导员的主要工作职责之一。辅导员对大学生价值观的影响力直接决定其工作成效。本文通过问卷和访谈的形式调查分析了辅导员在大学生就业价值取向引导中影响力弱化的现象和原因。提出提升辅导员对大学生就业价值观教育影响力的路径:学校需加强对辅导员的培训和指导,辅导员需要自觉追求成为大学生“引路人”,凸显“师”的权威和影响力;提升职业指导能力,走专业化发展道路;在实践中将就业价值取向引导工作融入日常思想政治教育;积淀实践智慧,在与大学生对话交往中提升对其就业价值取向的影响力。It is one of the main duties of college counselors to carry out career planning and employment guidance for college students.The influence of counselors on students’values directly determines the effectiveness of their work.This article investigates and analyses the phenomenon and reasons of the weakening influence of counselors in guiding the value orientation of College Students’employment through questionnaires and interviews.The paper puts(putting)forward the way to enhance the influence of counselors on the education of students’employment values:On the one hand,colleges need to strengthen training and guidance for counselors,so as to coordinate all forces in all the process of personnel training.On the other hand,counselors themselves need to take the role of"guides"as their conscious pursuit,highlighting the professionalism and influence of"teachers";the counselors should improve the professional guidance ability and be professional;and they need to integrate the orientation of employment value into the daily ideological and political education in practice;and they still need to acquire the practical wisdom,enhancing the influence of students’employment value orientation in(through the)dialogue with students.
