摘　　要：着重围绕食品调味料提取物之关键设备——食品高温提取罐结构设计及使用情况进行分析探讨,详细给出了目前最新型提取设备的设计方案,提出了未来食品高温提取罐的研究方向。Focusing on the key equipment of food condiment extract, the structure design and application of high temperature food extraction tank are analyzed and discussed.The design scheme of the latest extraction equipment is given in detail, and the research direction of high temperature food extraction tank in the future is put forward.
