摘  要:以岐山隧道为依托,建立三维离散元数值计算模型,对铣挖法的吃刀深度、截割厚度、截割方式三个施工关键参数进行研究。结果表明:在全风化花岗岩条件下,铣挖机最优吃刀深度为13.0cm;随着截割厚度增大,平均垂直力和平均滚动力均增加,截割厚度12.5cm为艾卡特ER1500-3L铣挖机最大截割厚度;从节能和减少刀具磨损来说,顺切更有利。Based on Qishan tunnel,a three-dimensional discrete element numerical calculation model is established and three key construction parameters of milling excavation method,namely cutting depth,cutting thickness and cutting mode are studied.The results show that under the condition of fully weathered granite,the optimal cutting depth of the milling machine is13.0 cm;with the increase of cutting thickness,the average vertical force and the average rolling force increase and the cutting thickness of12.5 cm is the maximum cutting thickness of Ecatel ER1500-3L milling machine;in terms of energy saving and wear reduction of cutting tool,down cut is more advantageous.
