摘  要:针对轨道交通限流组织中缺乏有效的事后评估指标及方法,构建限流指数对限流方案实施效果进行量化评估.从车站、线路、网络三个层次构建限流指数计算方法.其中车站限流指数以车站进出站客流、相邻区间断面量及换乘量内在关系为基础,并考虑车站站台承载能力;线路限流指数是在车站限流指数基础上进一步考虑区间客流拥挤状态;网络限流指数是对路网内所有线路的综合考量.所构建限流指数具有基础数据易获取、计算简便、理论基础明晰等特点.以北京地铁为对象进行实证研究,结果显示:限流指数能够科学量化限流力度与客流拥挤间协调匹配关系,捕捉客流需求及运力的波动变化.In view of the lack of effective post-evaluation indicators and methods in the inflow control organization of rail transit system, this paper proposed an inflow control to quantitatively evaluate the inflow control scheme. The inflow control index was constructed from three levels of stations, lines and networks. The station inflow control index is based on the access and egress flows, the adjacent section volume and the internal relationship of the transfer flows, and takes into account the carrying capacity of the station platform. The line inflow control index is based on the station’s index to further consider the congestion of the section passenger flows, and the network inflow control index is a comprehensive consideration of all lines in the network. The proposed inflow control index has the characteristics of easy access to basic data, simple calculation and clear theoretical basis. The empirical study of Beijing subway shows that the index can scientifically quantify the coordination relationship between the inflow control force and the crowding of passenger flow, capture the fluctuation of passenger flow demand and capacity.
