富平县柿树种植及柿饼加工气候条件分析

摘　　要：柿树生长发育需要适宜的气候条件。本文总结了柿树生长发育及柿饼加工所需要的气候条件,并利用富平县地面气象观测数据,分析了富平县气温、降水、日照和霜期等气候条件对柿树生长发育及柿饼加工的适宜性,以期为富平县柿农提供参考,促进柿子产业发展。The growth and development of persimmon trees need suitable climate conditions.This paper introduced the climate conditions needed for the growth and development of persimmon trees and the processing of persimmon cakes,and analyzed the suitability of climate conditions such as temperature,precipitation,sunshine and frost to the growth and development of persimmon trees and the processing of persimmon cakes by using the surface meteorological observation data of Fuping County,so as to provide references for Fuping persimmon farmers and promote the development of the persimmon industry.
