摘  要:为探讨网箱养鳝模式下空心莲子草和麦饭石对水体中Cu^2+的吸附效应和共生体系中黄鳝、鲤鱼存活率、增重率及肌肉Cu^2+含量的影响,试验选取健康黄鳝120尾,随机分成4组,每组设置3次重复,分别放养于网箱内;鲤鱼240尾,随机分成4组,每组设置3次重复,分别放养于网箱外水泥池中饲养56d。检测空心莲子草、麦饭石、水体Cu^2+含量和黄鳝、鲤鱼的存活率、增重率及肌肉Cu^2+含量。结果表明,空心莲子草和麦饭石对水体中Cu^2+均有较强的吸附作用,水体Cu2+浓度明显降低;随水体Cu2+浓度升高,黄鳝和鲤鱼的存活率、增重率明显降低,肌肉中Cu^2+含量显著升高。In order to investigate the adsorption effects of Alternanthera philoxeroides and medical stone on Cu^2+ and the effects on survival rate,weight gain rate and muscle Cu^2+ content of Monopterus albus and Cyprinus carpio in symbiotic system under the cage-fed Monopterus albus mode,120 tails of healthy Monopterus albus were randomly divided into 4 groups with 3 repeats for each group,and 240 tails of healthy Cyprinus carpio were randomly divided into 4 groups with 3 repeats for each group.They were put in cement pond outside net cage and fed for 56 d.The contents of Cu^2+ in Alternanthera philoxeroides,medical stone and water were tested,and the survival rate,weight gain rate and muscle Cu^2+ content of Monopterus albus and Cyprinus carpio were also tested.The results showed that Alternanthera philoxeroides and medical stone had strong adsorption effects on Cu^2+ in water,and the concentration of Cu^2+ in water decreased significantly.With the increase of Cu2+ concentration in water,the survival rate and weight gain rate of Monopterus albus and Cyprinus carpio decreased significantly,and the content of Cu^2+ in muscle increased significantly.
