摘 要:目的分析口腔幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染对儿童龋齿病情及牙菌斑指数的影响。方法选取2017年2月-2017年10月某幼儿园的115名3~6岁儿童为研究对象,用快速尿素酶试验检验法检验口腔Hp感染情况,牙菌斑用牙菌斑显示剂显示,记录其指数,牙菌斑指数越高,则口腔环境和牙周病防治效果越差。结果本研究115名儿童中,口腔Hp感染呈阳性的儿童为66.95%,其中3岁检出率为67.85%,4岁为59.26%,5岁为76.67%,6岁为63.33%,口腔Hp感染呈阳性的儿童的年龄及性别比较,差异均不明显。在88例患有龋齿的儿童中口腔Hp感染呈阳性的为73.86%。27例无龋齿病情的儿童中口腔Hp感染呈阳性的为29.62%。在这88例龋齿病情儿童中,轻度龋齿病情的儿童口腔Hp阳性率为60.97%,中度龋齿病情的儿童口腔Hp阳性率为79.31%,重度龋齿病情的儿童口腔Hp阳性率为94.44%。且77例口腔Hp感染呈阳性者牙菌斑指数为4.210,38例口腔Hp呈阴性者牙菌斑指数为3.328。且差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口腔Hp感染会加重儿童的龋齿病情,提高牙菌斑指数。OBJECTIVE To observe the influence of oral Helicobacter pylori(Hp) infection on children’s dental caries and dental plaque indexes. METHODS A total of 115 children who were aged between 3 and 6 years old and were enrolled in a kindergarten from Feb 2017 to Oct 2017 were recruited as the study objects, the prevalence of Hp infection was tested by means of rapid urease test, the dental plaque was shown by the plaque display agent, the indexes were recorded, and the higher the dental plaque indexes, the worse the oral environment and the effect on prevention and treatment of periodontal diseases. RESULTS Of the 115 children, 66.95% were positive for oral Hp infection, the positive rate was 67.85% in the 3-year-old children, 59.26% in the 4-year-old children, 76.67% in the 5-year old children, 63.33% in the 6-year-old children, and there was no significant difference in the positive rate of oral Hp infection among the four age groups of children. Among 88 children who had dental caries, 73.86% were positive for oral Hp infection. Among 27 children who did not have dental caries, 29.62% were positive for oral Hp infection. Among the 88 children who had dental caries, the positive rate of oral Hp was 60.97% in the children with mild dental caries, 79.31% in the children with moderate dental caries, 94.44% in the children with dental caries. The dental plaque index of the 77 children who were positive for oral Hp infection was 4.210, the dental plaque index of the 38 children who were negative for oral Hp was 3.328, and there was significant difference(P<0.05). CONCLUSION The oral Hp infection may aggravate the dental caries and raise the dental plaque index.
