摘　　要：文章聚焦于南京主城区从事商业服务业的进城务工人员,立足“个体迁居”视角,以期对这一群体迁居模式的演变过程进行归纳。在把握样本迁居总体概况的基础上,首先确立评价指标体系,分别对其“居住空间融入度”和“居住条件演变度”进行测度;然后,通过构建迁居模式的评估矩阵,对进城务工人员的迁居模式进行类型划分;最后在时空维度下对其迁居模式的演变进行层面解析和诠释。研究发现,尽管在不同时空阶段下样本呈现出的迁居模式演变轨迹不尽相同,但随时间推进,样本的迁居行为模式整体上是向更有利于其“市民化”的方向在演进。Focusing on the migrant workers in commercial service industry in Nanjing City, this paper is to sum up their evolution of residential mobility modes from the perspective of individual mobility. Firstly,based on the general situation of sample migration, this paper establishes evaluation system to measure the living space integration degree and the living condition evolution degree of migrant workers;Secondly, it classifies the residential mobility mode of rural migrant worker by the means of evaluation matrix;Eventually, it analyses and explains the evolution of residential mobility modes under "time-space" dimensions. The study finds that the migration patterns of migrant workers show different evolution paths in different time and space stages, their migration behavior are still evolving towards "civilization" direction over time.
