摘 要:目的通过电镜扫描的办法比较研究,不同pH值及不同浓度F-人工唾液对口腔常用金属材料电化学腐蚀的影响。方法采用动电位极化曲线法,测试4种口腔常用金属金合金(Au),镍铬合金(NiGr),钴铬合金(CoGr),铸造纯钛(Ti)分别在不同pH值与不同浓度F-的人工唾液中的腐蚀电流密度,并对试件表面进行电镜扫描,分析材料的耐腐蚀性。结果 SEM观察显示,随着H+的浓度增加,金合金,钴铬合金,镍铬合金的表面腐蚀表现逐渐增强,而纯钛无明显变化。随着F-的在酸性环境中的加入,纯钛试件表面腐蚀形貌明显加重。结论口腔液体环境改变影响修复常用金属的腐蚀性,不同金属在不同pH值与不同浓度F-浓度人工唾液中耐腐蚀性表现不同。Objective To study the effects of the different PH and fluoride on HBIC plant and four kinds commonly used dental metal. Methods Specimens of gold(Au) alloy, cobalt chromium(CoCr) alloy, nickel chromium(NiCr) alloy, pure titanium(Ti), were respectively produced.The dental specimens were tested by electrochemical measurement system, Polarization curve could be drawn, and results of the corrosion potential(Ecorr)and the corrosion current density(Icorr) of the materials were acquired. Results The corrosion current density of Ni-Cr alloys, co-cr alloy and Au-Pt alloy increased significantly in artificial saliva with pH=4(P0.05). The corrosion current density of pure titanium increased and the difference significantly in artificial saliva with pH=4 with 0.1% F-(P0.05). But that of the gold alloy had no statistic difference. The SEM confirmed the microstructure were more and more heavily influenzed by the increasing fluoride concentration and the decreasing pH. Conclusion The change of PH and the fluoride will aggravate the electrochemical corrosion of the implant and the upper crown restoration materials gold alloy and pure titanium have the stronger corrosion resistance.
