摘 要:目的探讨感染科医护人员结核病职业防护相关知识及其影响因素。方法选择2015年6月-2018年5月达州市中心医院感染科医护人员106人进行问卷调查,并对数据进行分析。结果本次调查共发放调查问卷108份,回收有效问卷106份,回收率为98.15%。所有医护人员肺结核防护知识问卷平均得分为16.92±2.80。单因素分析结果显示,医护人员年龄、学历、职称、工作年限、职业暴露经历、不良事件经历、职业暴露教育经历的不同肺结核防护知识问卷得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素分析结果显示,年龄36~45岁(OR=0.569,95%CI=0.407~0.693)、年龄≥46岁(OR=0.515,95%CI=0.379~0.569)为医护人员结核病防护知识的危险因素。学历本科及以上(OR=1.503,95%CI=1.421~1.617),有职业暴露经历(OR=1.438,95%CI=1.295~1.692)、工作年限6~10年(OR=1.368,95%CI=1.207~1.492)、工作年限≥11年(OR=1.315,95%CI=1.116~1.595)、职称中级(OR=1.361,95%CI=1.251~1.483)、职称高级(OR=1.508,95%CI=1.306~1.659)为独立性保护因素。结论感染科医护人员结核病职业防护相关知识主要与年龄、学历、职称、职业暴露经历及工作年限相关,对医护人员进行相关知识培训时应注意上述因素的影响。Objective To explore the knowledge of occupational protection of tuberculosis and its influencing factors among medical staff in infectious diseases. Methods A total of 108 medical workers from the Infectious Diseases Department of Dazhou Central Hospital from June 2015 to May 2018 were selected for questionnaire survey. And the data were analyzed. Results A total of 108 questionnaires were sent out and 106 valid questionnaires were recovered, with a recovery rate of 98.15%. The average score of tuberculosis protection knowledge questionnaire for all medical staff was 16.92 ±2.80. The results of univariate analysis showed that there were significant differences in the scores of tuberculosis protection knowledge questionnaire among medical workers with different age, education background, professional title, working years, occupational exposure experience, adverse event experience and occupational exposure education experience (P<0.05). Multivariate analysis showed that age of 36-45 years old(OR=0.569, 95%CI=0.407-0.693), age of over 46 years old(OR=0.515, 95%CI=0.379-0.569) were risk factors of tuberculosis protection knowledge among medical staff. Bachelor degree or above (OR=1.503, 95%CI=1.421-1.617), having career exposure experience(OR=1.438, 95%CI=1.295-1.692), working age of 6-10 years(OR=1.368, 95%CI=1.207-1.492), working age of ≥11 years(OR=1.315, 95%CI=1.116-1.595), intermediate title(OR=1.361, 95%CI=1.251-1.483), senior title(OR=1.508, 95%CI= 1.306-1.659) were the independent protective factors. Conclusion The knowledge of occupational protection of tuberculosis among medical staff in infectious diseases is mainly affected by age, education, professional title, occupational exposure experience and working years, and it is necessary to pay attention to the influence of the above factors when training medical and nursing personnel in relevant knowledge.
