摘 要:目的了解天津市某医学职业院校教师心理健康状况。方法对天津市某医学职业院校2018年12月31日前在岗专任教师进行整群抽样,发放症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行匿名问卷调查。结果 2018年天津市某医学职业院校教师心理健康状况总体处于良好水平,SCL-90量表因子得分大部分均低于全国常模,但在躯体化、人际关系、抑郁和焦虑等因子得分高于全国常模,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论学校应重视教师心理健康,定期组织心理测评并举办心理讲座,开展心理疏导,减少工作负荷等,保证教师心理健康。Objective To understand the mental health status of teachers in a medical vocational college in Tianjin. Methods Cluster sampling was conducted among full-time teachers on duty before 31 December 2018 in the medical vocational college in Tianjin , and an anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted by issuing the Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90). Results In 2018,the mental health status of teachers in a medical vocational college in Tianjin was generally at a good level. The SCL-90 scale factor scores were mostly lower than the national norm. However,factors such as somatization,interpersonal relationship,depression,and anxiety were higher than the national norm(all P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Colleges administrators should pay attention to teachers' mental health,regularly organize psychological assessment and hold psychological lectures,carry out psychological counseling,reduce workload,etc. to protect and ensure teachers' mental health.
