天津市武清区部分中小学生常见病患病状况分析

摘　　要：目的了解天津市武清区学生常见病患病现状,并提出预防控制措施。方法 2017年11月采用分层整群随机抽样的方法抽取武清区1所小学和1所完全中学共2 195名学生进行体质检测,并分析体检结果。结果 2017年天津市武清区完成体测的2 195名中小学生中,男生1 018人、占46.38%,女生1 177人、占53.62%;小学1 254人、占57.13%,中学941人、占42.87%。营养不良、肥胖、视力不良率分别为20.27%(445/2 195)、30.62%(672/2 195)、61.96%(1 360/2 195),其中女生营养不良率(23.11%)高于男生(16.99%)(P<0.01),男生肥胖率(40.57%)高于女生(22.01%)(P<0.01),女生视力不良率(67.63%)高于男生(55.40%)(P<0.01);小学生营养不良、肥胖、视力不良率分别为21.13%(265/1 254)、29.03%(364/1 254)、43.14%(541/1 254),中学生分别为19.13%(180/941)、32.73%(308/941)、87.04%(819/941),视力不良率中学生高于小学生(P<0.01);学生视力不良率随着年龄的增长而增高(P<0.01)。结论天津市武清区中小学生的肥胖和视力不良率处于较高水平。Objective To understand the current situation of common diseases among students in Wuqing d istrict, Tianjin city ,so as to put forward the synthesical effective prevention control strategy. Methods In November 2017, 2195 students from a primary school and a complete middle school in Wuqing district were selected by cluster random sampling method for physical exam ination, and the results of physical examination were analyzed. Results A total of 2195 students of physical fitness monitoring were completed in this survey, including 1018 boys(46. 38%) and 1177 girls (53. 62%);th e re were 1254 primary school students (57.13%) and 941 middle school stud en ts(42. 87%) in the survey. In 2017 ,the rate of m alnutrition, obesity and poor eyesight of primary and middle school students was 20. 27%(445 / 2195),30. 62%(672 /2195) and 61. 96%(1 360/2 195) respectively.the m alnutrition rate of female students (23.11%) was higher than that of male students (16. 99%)( P <0.01).th e obesity rate of boys (40.57%) was higher than that of girls (22. 01 %)( P <0.01 ), the rate of poor eyesight in girls (67.63%) was higher than that in boys (55.40 %)( P < 0. 01 );the rate of m alnutrition,obesity and poor eyesight was 21. 13%(265/1254 ), 29. 03%(364/1 254) and 43. 14%(541/1254) respectively among primary school stu dents,and it in the middle school students was 19. 13%(180 /941 ), 32. 73%(308/941) and 87. 04%(819 /941 ) respectively?the rate of poor eyesight in middle school students was higher than that in primary school students ( P <0. 01 );the rate of poor eyesight among students increased with age ( P<0.01). Conclusion The prevalence of obesity and poor eyesight among prim ary and secondary school students in W uqing district is at a high level at present.
