2012～2017年武汉市汉阳区恶性肿瘤发病与死亡特征分析

摘　　要：目的了解武汉市汉阳区恶性肿瘤发病和死亡的流行特征,为制定肿瘤防治策略提供参考依据。方法通过武汉市恶性肿瘤监测系统收集2012.2017年汉阳区居民恶性肿瘤发病和死亡个案信息,分年龄、性别、病种进行分类统计分析。结果2012.2017年武汉市汉阳区恶性肿瘤发病率为412.72/10万,标化发病率为318.84/10万,男性发病率(357.72/10万)高于女性(338.72/10万)(P<0.05);恶性肿瘤死亡率为209.00/10万,标化死亡率为141.21/10万,男性死亡率(192.53/10万)高于女性(96.98/10万)(P<0.01)。发病率前5位的恶性肿瘤为肺癌(52.60/10万)、甲状腺癌(42.25/10万)、结直肠肛门癌(30.85/10万)、乳腺癌(26.85/10万)、胃癌(21.46/10万),死亡率前5位的为肺癌(39.73/10万)、肝癌(15.82/10万)、结直肠肛门癌(13.78/10万)、胃癌(13.21/10万)、胰腺癌(6.20/10万)。结论武汉市汉阳区恶性肿瘤发病和死亡率高于湖北省平均水平。Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of malignant tumor incidence and mortality in Hanyang district,Wuhan city. Methods The data of malignant tumor onset and death during 2012-2017 was collected from Cancer Case Surveillance and Management System in Wuhan city and statistically analyzed by age,gender and cancer types. Results The crude incidence of malignant tumor was 412.72/10^5,and the standardized incidence was 318.84/10^5 in Hanyang district during 2012-2017.The incidence of male(357.72/10^5) was higher than it of female(338.72/10^5)(P<0.05);the crude mortality of malignant tumor was 209.00/10^5,and the standardized incidence was 141.21/10^5.The mortality of male(192.53/10^5) was higher than that of female(96.98/10^5)(P<0.01).The top 5 incidences of malignant tumor were lung cancer(52.60/10^5),thyroid cancer(42.25/10^5),colorectal cancer(30.85/10~5),breast cancer(26.85/10^5) and stomach cancer(21.46/10^5).The top 5 causes of death by malignant tumor were lung cancer(39.73/10^5),liver cancer(15.82/10~5),colorectal cancer(13.78/10^5),stomach cancer(13.21/10^5) and pancreatic cancer(6.20/10^5). Conclusion The incidence and mortality of malignant tumor in Hanyang district is higher than it in Hubei province.
