摘 要:目的应用广域数码视网膜成像系统(RetCam3)对足月新生儿视网膜进行筛查,分析研究筛查结果。方法 2155例足月新生儿,采用RetCam3进行视网膜筛查,分析足月新生儿眼部异常发生情况。结果 2155例足月新生儿中399例存在眼部异常,发生率为18.52%(399/2155)。其中视网膜出血323例,占异常病例的80.95%(323/399),占比最高。去除视网膜出血后,其余眼部异常发生率为3.53%(76/2155)。其次是新生儿视网膜白色病变67例,其中母亲在孕期明确存在病毒感染12例;家族渗出性玻璃体视网膜病变5例;先天性脉络膜缺损3例;白化病眼底病变1例。结论新生儿眼部异常发生率较高,建议社会各界应引起高度重视。应用RetCam3行足月新生儿视网膜筛查精准、高效,为儿童的视觉健康起到了阶段性的保障作用。Objective To analyze the results of wide field digital retinal imaging system(RetCam3) for full-term neonatal retinal screening. Methods RetCam3 was used for retinal screening in 2155 full-term neonates to analyze the occurrence of eye abnormalities in full-term neonates. Results Among 2155 fullterm neonates, 399 cases had eye abnormalities, the incidence was 18.52%(399/2155). Among them, 323 cases were retinal hemorrhage, accounting for 80.95% of abnormal cases(323/399), which is the highest proportion.After removal of retinal hemorrhage, the incidence of other eye abnormalities was 3.53%(76/2155). Followed by 67 cases of neonatal retinal white lesions, including 12 cases of viral infection in the mother during pregnancy,5 cases of family exudative vitreoretinopathy, 3 cases of congenital choroidal defect and 1 case of alkyd fundus lesion. Conclusion The incidence of abnormal eye abnormalities in newborns is high, and it is recommended that all sectors of society should pay great attention. RetCam3 retinal screening for full-term neonates is accurate and efficient, and it plays a phased role in ensuring children's visual health.
