摘　　要：全断面矩形掘进机是一种煤炭行业新兴的采掘机械,具有采掘效率高、自动化程度高及一次成形断面等特点。介绍了冷却、喷雾系统的组成及工作原理,对系统的压力和流量进行计算分析。经过工业性试验,设计的冷却、喷雾系统满足掘进机的工作要求,使用效果良好。The full-section rectangular roadheader is an emerging mining machine in the coal industry.It has the characteristics of high mining efficiency,high degree of automation and one-time forming section.The composition and working principle of the cooling and spraying system were introduced.Calculated and analyzed the pressure and flow of the system.After industrial tests,the designed cooling and spray system meets the working requirements of the roadheader with good results.
