摘 要:中国党和政府历来高度重视食品卫生/安全工作,随着《中华人民共和国食品卫生法》的试行,到《中华人民共和国食品安全法》的颁布、修订及监管体制的持续改革,意味着我国食品安全监督管理进入一个全新的阶段。近年来,我国食品安全标准体系、食品安全监测体系以及食品安全控制技术等均得到不断完善,同时还积极参与了国际事务并与国际接轨,在重要食品安全问题的研究及国际标准制定等方面也取得了突破。The Chinese Communist Party and Government have always been attaching great importance to food hygiene/safety in China. With the trial of 《Food Hygiene Law of the People’s Republic of China》, promulgation and revision of《Food Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China》 and the continuous reformation of supervision system,China’s food safety supervision and administration have entered an entire new stage. Recent years, food safety standards system, food safety monitoring system and food safety control technology have been continuously improved. At the same time, food hygiene-related professionals of China have participated in international affairs and done studies internationally compatible. Additionally, there are also many breakthroughs in the researches of essential food safety issues and international standards setting up.
