摘 要:肾母细胞瘤基因1(WT1)最早被发现于儿童肾母细胞瘤(Wilms瘤)患者,且被认为是抑癌基因.此后证实WT1表达异常与泌尿生殖系统发育异常造成的很多疾病有关,且在白血病、肺癌、乳腺癌、胰腺癌等多种恶性肿瘤中被证实是癌基因.本研究对WT1及其编码蛋白在肿瘤中的作用以及靶向WT1的肿瘤免疫治疗等方面的研究进展进行综述.Wilms’ tumor-1 gene (WT1) was first discovered in children with Wilms tumor and considered as a tumor suppressor gene. Since then, it has been confirmed that the abnormal expression of WT1 was related to many urinary and reproductive system diseases. And WT1 has been proved to be an oncogene in leukemia, lung cancer, breast cancer, pancreatic cancer and other malignant tumors. In this study, the role of WT1 and its coding proteins in tumor and tumor immunotherapy targeting WT1 were reviewed.
