摘　　要：高校党组织"对标争先"及党支部"五化"建设,旨在提高党建工作规范化、制度化和标准化.学校党委、纪委为履行管党治党及办学治校主体责任、监督责任,在推进"五化"的基础上,加强党风廉政建设常态化.论文从政令畅通、廉洁教育、谈心谈话、监督监察等方面提出相关建议和量化指标,进一步提升廉政建设工作的实效性.The construction of "striving for excellence" and "five changes"in Party organizationsin colleges and universities aimstoimprove the standardization, institutionalization and standardization of Party construction. In order to fulfill the main responsibility and supervision responsibility of governing the Party, running the school, on the basis of promoting the "five changes", the Party committee and commission for disciplineinspection ofthe university strengthen the normalization ofthe construction of Party conduct and clean government. This paper proposes relevant suggestions and quantitative indicators from the aspects of unimpeded government order, honesty education, heart-to-heart talk, supervision, so asto furtherimprovethe effectiveness of clean government construction.
