摘　　要：苇茎汤出自唐代孙思邈《备急千金要方》,是中医古代治疗肺痈的专方。通过梳理古代文献,分析苇茎汤证的病机关键,以及温病学派对苇茎汤的功效及主治病症的发展,探讨在现代儿科临床上苇茎汤主治病症的发展变化,以期使古方在现代临床得到更为广泛、灵活的运用。Weijing decoction comes from Beiji Qianjin Yaofang by Sun Simiao in Tang dynasty,which is the special prescription for treating lung carbuncle in ancient Chinese medicine.By sorting out ancient documents, To analyze the pathogenesis of Weijing decoction’s formula syndrome,and the efficacy and the development of Weijing decoction’s treating diseases.The purpose of this paper is that by exploring the development and changes of Weijing decoction in modern pediatric clinic, which could provide reference for clinic.
