摘 要:多雨地区的雨天行车安全问题,一直是沥青路面结构研究的重点之一。传统高速公路沥青路面采用密级配路面结构,但是密级配混合料没有内部孔隙,且路表构造深度较浅,车辆在高速行驶时易产生水漂现象,此外密级配沥青路面无法实时排出轮胎与路面间的压缩空气,极易产生泵气噪音,降低驾乘车舒适性,且对公路沿线居民的生活带来噪声影响。双层排水路面上面层小粒径混合料可以有效阻止杂物颗粒进入混合料内部,具有更好的抗阻塞、自洁性能,下面层采用大粒径排水混合料获得更好的排水与储水性能。针对PAC-16混合料,通过数值拟合建立级配与空隙率的关系,并反算出基于拟合的级配曲线。将该级配与规范中值级配相对比,通过性能试验证明,该级配具有较好的路用性能。研究结果表明:对于PAC-16而言,2.36 mm与空隙率的拟合相关性最好,2.36 mm、4.75 mm以及0.075 mm筛孔通过率对空隙率影响相对较大,而9.5 mm以及13.2 mm的粗集料筛孔通过率对空隙率影响相对较小;以目标空隙率22%反算得到的级配曲线,与交通运输部以及住房与城乡建设部中给出的中值级配差距不大,其主要区别在于本研究级配的细集料用量较少;3种级配均有很好的排水、储水性能,其中本研究级配的空隙率与渗水系数略大于两规范中值级配;本研究级配的高温抗车辙性能要略优于两规范中值级配,级配的低温性能以及水稳性能要略差于两规范中值级配;综合考虑,本研究拟合所得的PAC-16排水混合料级配较优,具有较好的路用性能,能够满足规范要求。Driving safety in rainy days has always been one of the research focuses of asphalt pavement structure. Traditional expressway asphalt pavement adopts dense grading mixture, whereas the dense graded mixture has no internal pores, and the road surface structure is shallow, plus, the vehicle is prone to water drift when driving at higher speed. Moreover, the dense graded asphalt pavement cannot real-time discharge the compressed air between tires and pavement, it may generate umping noise, reduce driving comfort, and bring noise issue on the life of residents along the road. The small particle sized asphalt mixture within the upper layer of the double-layer drainage pavement can effectively prevent the debris particles from entering into the interior of the mixture, it has better anti-blocking and self-cleaning performance. The lower layer adopts the large-diameter drainage mixture to obtain better drainage and water storage performance. The relationship between gradation and air voids is established by numerical fitting for PAC-16 mixture, and the gradation curve based on fitting is back-calculated. The gradation is compared with the normative median gradation, and the performance test proved the better road performance of the gradation. The result shows that (1) for PAC-16 mixture, the fitting correlation between passing ratio of 2.36 mm and air voids is the best, and the passing ratios of 2.36, 4.75, 0.075 mm have relatively large influences on the air voids, while the passing ratios of 9.5, 13.2 mm of coarse aggregate have relatively small influence on the air voids;(2) the gradation curve obtained by the back-calculation method by the target air voids of 22% has little difference with the median gradations specified by Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, and the main difference is that the fine aggregate amount used in this research is less;(3) all the 3 gradations have good drainage and water storage performance, and the air voids and water permeability coefficient o
