疏肝解郁胶囊联合心理疗法治疗抑郁症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨疏肝解郁胶囊联合心理疗法治疗教师抑郁症的疗效观察。方法:将2016年1月-2019年1月在医院精神科治疗的94例教师抑郁症患者随机分为两组,对照组予以盐酸帕罗西汀片治疗,观察组采用疏肝解郁胶囊联合心理疗法治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、各抑郁量表评分变化、生活质量、副反应情况。结果:观察组治疗有效率为93.62%,明显高于对照组的74.47%(P<0.05);观察组治疗2周、4周、6周后抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、爱丁堡抑郁量表(EPDS)评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗2周、4周、6周后的世界卫生组织生存质量简表(QOL-BREF)评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗2周、4周、6周后的副反应量表(TESS)评分与对照组相比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:疏肝解郁胶囊联合心理疗法治疗抑郁症的疗效显著,能有效缓解抑郁症状,提升生活治疗,且治疗安全性高,具有积极的临床意义。Objective: To explore the curative effect of Shugan Jieyu Capsule combined with psychotherapy on teachers’ depression. Methods: 94 cases of teachers’ depression treated in psychiatry department of our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with Shugan Jieyu Capsule, while the observation group was treated with Shugan Jieyu Capsule combined with psychotherapy. The clinical efficacy, changes of depression scale scores, quality of life and side effects of the two groups were compared. Should be the case. Results: The effective rate of the observation group was 93.62%, which was significantly higher than 74.47% of the control group(P<0.05);the self-rating depression scale(SDS), Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) and Edinburgh Depression Scale(EPDS) scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The scores of World Health Organization Quality of Life(QOL-BREF) in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05) after 2, 4 and 6 weeks of treatment, and there was no significant difference in the scores of the side effects scale(TESS) between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05). Conclusion: Shugan Jieyu Capsule combined with psychotherapy is effective in the treatment of depression. It can effectively relieve depressive symptoms and enhance life therapy. It has high safety and positive clinical significance.
